if it's being too hard for you, sige na, tama na. tahan na. hindi na healthy ang ginagawa mo (yaak health buff.).. don't be too hard on yourself. you don't have to rush things.
pero alam mo, ang mga nilalang na gaya natin ay biniyayaan ng kakayahang maging matibay.. matatag.. kung gugustuhin mo lang.. kung kakapit ka lang. kapit ka lang sa Kanya. and somehow, things will fall into place. everything will be alright. do you still believe in this?
half of me wants to believe that i just can't help you change.. that maybe you should just wait for your own time.. that you should just let go and allow yourself to be who you really are.. but half of me can't stop believing that you CAN. na kaya mo yan. kayang kaya mo yan.
